At Tmac Mobile, a countless number of hours are spent sourcing the best parts possible. Since we truly believe we have the best parts, we believe we should have the best warranty. Our warranty and return policies are as followed:​


Diagnostic Information:

-Tmac Mobile offer's free diagnostics on devices.

-The free diagnositic covers up to fifteen minutes of diagnosis time.

-Beyond fifteen minutes, a technician will contact you with information. If the diagnostic is incomplete or it is determined that the device must be opened to complete the diagnostic, there will be a $25 bench fee for phones and tablets or $35 bench fee for laptops and computers if you would like to proceed.


Device Sales:

-No refunds or exchanges after Two days on all devices. Each device must be returned with all accessories and must not have physical or liquid damage. ( original packaging and not show any signs of use )

-All returns are subject to a $15 restocking fee.

-All devices sold come with a three Month warranty.


Warranty Statement:

-The Tmac Mobile warranty does not cover physical damage or liquid damage. Physical damage occurs when any part(s) of the device is broken due to accidents, abuse, misuse, and/or exposure to liquid prior to, or after the repair is completed by Tmac Mobile. Tmac Mobile technician has the discretion to void the warranty if they determine the device has sustained a different type of damage than what Tmac Mobile handled. In other words, our warranty only covers our work product and parts. -Not new damage.


Accessory Sales:

-No refunds or exchanges after Two days on all accessories. Accessories must be in original packaging and not show any signs of use.

-All warranties on accessories must be handled by the manufacturer. (Please see manufacturer's warranty for additional information.)


Device Repairs:

-All repairs (excluding those with previous liquid damage) come with a two weeks warranty.

-Any new physical and/or liquid damage that occurs during the Six Month warranty period will not be covered by the existing warranty.

-All repair jobs are non-refundable.

-Repairing a phone with any sort of liquid damage can cause the phone not to power on under certain circumstances.

Tmac Mobile is not responsible for any data lost during repairs.

Tmac Mobile Technician has the discretion to void the warranty if they determine that the device has sustained a different type of damage than what Tmac Mobile originally handled.

-Any work performed by Tmac Mobile may void the exisiting manufacturer's warranty. (If your device is broken, your manufacturer's warranty is probably already void.)

-If you do not pick up and pay for your device within 30 days of this work order, Tmac Mobile reserves the right to take ownership of your device as abandoned property. We will try to contact you at least twice within the first 30 days at the e-mail and/or phone number that you have provided to us. At our discretion, we may try to contact you after 30 days in one last attempt to have you pick up the abandoned property. If we are unable to reach you during this time frame we will reserve the right to sell your device or use it for parts. In short, please communicate with us.
